Looking for a more personalized approach to fitness? Our semi-private fitness memberships provide a unique experience with classes held in small groups of 5 people or less. With a focus on functional body movement and technique correction, our exercise classes are designed to improve posture, strength, range of motion, balance, and core awareness.

Not sure if you are ready to dive in? The 6 week challenge is for you. Try us out for 6 weeks, and get a jump-start on achieving your goals with the added help you need to stay accountable.
